healthEconnect Alaska is excited to announce the launch of our new online Resource Library, created specifically for Health Information Exchange (HIE) network participants.
This library brings together a growing collection of materials to help providers and organizations get the most out of the HIE Portal and related tools. Resources include:

Users can sort materials by media type (video, PDF, release note, web content) or by theme. The newest content appears at the top, and several frequently requested resources are pinned for quick access.

An 8-minute tutorial video offering a condensed version of our standard onboarding training showing how to launch the HIE Portal, look up patients, and access key clinical information. A downloadable PDF companion guide is also available for quick reference.
