Our network enables the seamless exchange of critical health data to support the tracking, prevention, and control of diseases, helping to safeguard the well-being of Alaskans. By automating data submission, we reduce the burden on healthcare providers while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

How we support Public Health Reporting

healthEconnect Alaska  is Alaska’s primary solution for facilitating public health reporting. As the state’s designated HIE, we provide a secure, efficient pathway for mandated data submissions that require our services, as well as additional reportable data types for which providers may choose us as a submission option.

Please review the Alaska Department of Health’s Promoting Interoperability (PI) Programs website for the latest reporting requirements.
